What’s Included: Time on-site for filming Travel (within 25 miles of 22630 included) Professionally edited, high-resolution video Still images pulled for promotional use Online promotional support (if applicable) Final video delivered digitally via private link or downloadable file Additional editing requests (music licensing, captioning, multi-platform formatting) can be discussed and quoted separately. Cancellation Policy
Freelance Services Policy Lisa Foster Creative | Freelance Design & Digital Support This policy outlines the terms and expectations for freelance work provided by Lisa Foster Creative. These terms apply to all services outside of photography, including graphic design, branding, digital content support, and visual asset creation. Booking & Communication All freelance projects must be initiated via email at Lfosterphoto11@gmail.com. Availability is scheduled on a first-confirmed basis. Rush or priority turnaround may be subject to additional fees. Timely client communication and feedback are essential for maintaining deadlines. Project Scope & Revisions A written project outline or quote will be provided prior to project start, detailing scope, deliverables, pricing, and timeline. Two rounds of revisions are included unless otherwise specified. Additional revisions, new requests, or expanded scope will be quoted separately. Deposit & Payment Terms A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to begin all freelance work. The remaining balance is due upon final approval and before delivery of any source or final files. Payments accepted via Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo (PayPal payments are subject to processing fees). Late payments beyond 7 days are subject to a 5% late fee and project files may be withheld until the balance is resolved. File Ownership & Usage Clients receive full usage rights to final delivered assets upon full payment. Editable source files (e.g., PSD, AI) are available upon request and may require an additional fee. Lisa Foster Creative retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, social platforms, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations & Inactivity Deposits are nonrefundable once the project begins. If the client cancels mid-project, any completed work may be delivered upon request. If no response or progress is made within 14 days, the project will be paused. A restart fee may be required to resume. Turnaround Times Typical delivery ranges from 5–10 business days, depending on scope and timely feedback. Larger projects (e.g., full brand kits or web content development) may require more time, which will be outlined in the agreement.
